I’m your dedicated Integrative Chronic Pain and Emotional Health Coach.
I help people living with chronic pain reduce symptoms, calm their nervous system, and support emotional healing—so they can move toward lasting relief and a better quality of life.
Many people are told their pain is “something they have to live with.” But research now shows that ongoing pain is often not caused by ongoing damage in the body.
In many cases, the original injury or trigger has healed—yet the brain and nervous system remain stuck in a high-alert state, continuing to send pain signals even when the body is safe. This is known as a mind–body pain response, and it is very real—not imagined.
Today, I am here to guide you to a place of healing your pain (physical and emotional). My approach weaves together neuroscience education, mind-body therapies, deep emotional processing, and lifestyle coaching within a personalized, compassionate framework. Through my Five Holistic Healing Pillars, we explore the body’s signals and gently uncover unconscious, trapped emotions—even those that feel difficult to face.
