True healing from chronic pain is not something that can be rushed or fully resolved in just one or two sessions. In our work together, I provide education, guidance, and practical tools to support your ongoing healing long after our sessions end. I recommend a six-session package because it allows us the time and space to build a strong foundation—helping you integrate these skills into your daily life as part of a lasting process of recovery and resilience.

That said, I also understand that everyone’s situation is unique. If a full package isn’t possible right now, or if you’ve already worked with a pain coach and are simply looking for a fresh perspective, single sessions are always available and can still offer meaningful support. Here’s how the process works, step by step, so you know exactly what to expect:

Step 1: Discover Your Pain Pathway
If you’re unsure about the type of pain you’re experiencing, start by taking the quiz below. It’s a simple way to gain clarity on whether your pain is primarily structural, neuroplastic, or mixed—and it will help guide us toward the program that best fits your needs.

If you’d like, you can book a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This is a chance to connect, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

Step 2: Initial Assessment Session (90 minutes)
Once you’re ready to begin, we’ll start with a 90-minute assessment session. This extended session gives us the time and space to explore your full story, your history with pain, and your goals. From there, I’ll create a personalized plan and recommend the pain pathway program that best fits your needs—whether RISE (neuroplastic pain recovery), FLOW (mixed pain: body + brain), or Fibro-Fundamentals (fibromyalgia support).

Step 3: The PainEase 6-Session Package
This is where the real work begins. Over six weekly 1-hour sessions, we’ll focus on the tools and strategies most relevant to your pain pathway program, including:
