Do you have any questions?
The RISE Program is a mind-body healing journey designed for people living with neuroplastic mind-body syndromes. This program whether taken in a group context or in 1-1 sessions, guides you step by step to calm your nervous system, retrain pain pathways, release stored emotional tension, and rediscover the resilience within you. This program is for anyone ready to move beyond symptom management and begin the path toward lasting recovery and freedom from chronic neuroplastic pain.
Non- structural neuroplastic pain, often referred to as Mind-Body Syndrome (MBS) refers to real, physical symptoms that are generated or intensified by the brain and nervous system—not by ongoing injury or disease. When the brain perceives something as a threat—whether it’s emotional stress, past trauma, fear, or internal conflict—it can create pain, fatigue, and other symptoms as a protective mechanism, even when there is no physical damage.
This doesn’t mean your symptoms are "all in your head." The pain is very real—but it comes from how your brain and mind are communicating, not from structural harm. The good news? Because the brain learned to create these patterns, it can also unlearn them through techniques like Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), somatic tracking, and emotional processing.
MBS is often behind chronic symptoms that don’t respond to traditional medical treatment. These are common conditions linked to Mind-Body Syndrome that I work with:
Brain fog and inattention syndromes
Chronic back or neck pain/sciatica
Shoulder/leg/knee/foot/hand/ elbow pain
Chronic burning Sensations
Tension headaches or migraines
TMJ/jaw pain
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)/Chronic GI Issues
Chronic fatigue/ME
Pelvic pain syndromes
Interstitial cystitis, pelvic pain
Repetitive strain injuries (e.g., carpal tunnel)
Non-pain symptoms like anxiety, depression, insomnia
Fibromyalgia (I use a specialized RISE Program here for Fibro-Fundamentals support)
These symptoms are not imagined—they are brain-based. And with the right understanding and approach, they can be reduced or even fully resolved.

People living with non-structural, neuroplastic pain who are ready to explore science-backed approaches like Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), emotional processing, and mind-body healing.
Those experiencing ongoing pain without clear answers, who feel stuck in cycles of suffering and want a structured path forward.
Individuals not currently enrolled in another chronic pain program or undergoing interventional treatments (such as injections, nerve blocks, or neuromodulation), as committing to multiple approaches at once can feel overwhelming.
Anyone still unsure about the type of pain they have, who would benefit from taking our in-depth Neuroplastic Mind-Body Pain Test below for more clarity.

This program is designed for individuals living with neuroplastic mind-body syndrome who are ready to explore a new path toward recovery. Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed, suspect you may have a mind-body syndrome, or feel stuck in a cycle of suffering, this group offers a supportive and science-based space for healing.
If your symptoms move around, fluctuate without clear physical cause, began during a stressful period, or persist despite normal test results, there’s a strong chance that MBS is playing a role. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from this work. Many people who’ve felt “stuck” in their pain journey begin to recover when they learn how their brain and nervous system may be keeping them in a pain loop. Click HERE to complete my MBS Assessment

No worries! Each session is recorded and uploaded privately for your group to access. You can catch up in your own time, and you’ll still have access to the workbook, exercises, and healing audios to stay on track. Plus, you can bring questions to the weekly Q&A office hour.
Absolutely. Many participants find the group format deeply validating and motivating. Being surrounded by others who “get it” can be a healing force in itself. Plus, the group still offers direct access to expert guidance, weekly practice sessions, and a structured, step-by-step framework. You’re not alone—healing in community can be a powerful catalyst for change whether its online or face-to face.
Question 5: Do I need any prior experience with therapy or pain science to join?
Not at all. Everything is taught in a gentle, digestible way—no complex jargon. Whether you’re brand new to this world or have done years of inner work, the sessions meet you where you are and offer practical, powerful tools to begin healing now.
Everyone’s healing timeline is unique. Some people begin to feel shifts within weeks, while for others it may take longer—especially if their nervous system has been in survival mode for years. This is not a quick fix, but a journey of rewiring your brain and creating safety in your body. What matters most is consistent practice, self-compassion, and a commitment to showing up for yourself. Healing is absolutely possible—and it unfolds at your own pace.
Factors influencing the healing timeline:
Consistency and Repetition: This is by far the most crucial factor. Neuroplasticity is like building a muscle – consistent, daily "workouts" are essential. Intermittent practice will yield slower or no results.
Age: Younger brains, especially in early development, tend to be more plastic and adapt more quickly. However, neuroplasticity continues throughout life.
Severity and Duration of Condition: If someone has been experiencing chronic symptoms for many years, the limbic system impairment might be more deeply entrenched, requiring more time and consistent effort.
Commitment and Mindset: A positive, persistent, and hopeful mindset can contribute to faster progress.
Stress Levels and Environment: A supportive and less stressful environment can facilitate healing. Ongoing high stress can hinder progress
Yes! You’ll be invited to join a private WhatsApp group with your fellow participants, where you can share insights, ask questions, and stay encouraged between sessions. It’s a warm, safe space for connection, support, and celebration of your wins (big or small). I also check in during the weekly virtual office hour and respond to any questions or reflections you might have.
